- Vote via the official form: During the entry window, voters select their favourite brands and destinations in each category using the online vote form.
- Pick shortlisted options: You must choose at least one shortlisted entity in every category in that year’s awards.
- Submit by the deadline: Make sure your votes are submitted before the stated cut-off (e.g. 23:59 on August 31st).
- Entry is free & open to the public: The awards are based on reader voting and participation is open to all UK residents aged 18+.
- Winners & recognition: Top vote-getting brands/destinations receive awards and may have the opportunity to display the Sun Travel Awards badge in marketing.
